I didn’t even interpret that post about making “cringe ace kinnie” jokes as some kind of defense against those groups much less a mockery of teenagers by a twenty year old like…. isn’t it literally just saying that having a sense of humor that solely hinges on making fun of people is boring? which is true btw?

I just want you all to know that for people who have been on this website for a few years and who have actually been associated with the anti-shipping community, people proudly calling themselves antis can be pretty off-putting. It’s not because it’s wrong to be against incest and pedophilia, but because the original anti community took it way further than that. They were the founders of the whole “ace-coded characters” nonsense and tended to compare shipping pedophilia with shipping characters like Garnet from Steven Universe. Anyway my point is that if you don’t want to be associated with that I would recommend just saying that you’re against incest/pedophilia instead of trying to use unfamiliar labels.

You’ve probably seen a lot of those “creepy wikipedia masterpost” things going around; I liked the idea so I made one as well, but mine is significantly longer, organized by topic, and most importantly, doesn’t include any serial killers. I’ve also marked content warnings on any graphic imagery. This is for anyone who’d like to read about some cool and interesting stuff without having to leaf through pages about literal rapists.
